A jury convicted Timothy Stark of three counts of forcible sexual contact with a child under the age of fourteen (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (b)). The trial court sentenced Stark to nine years in prison. He appeals, contending the trial court erred by (1) denying his motion to dismiss under section 995, (2) admitting testimony of the childs school psychologist regarding the childs learning disability and (3) admitting testimony regarding the child abuse accommodation syndrome.
